About us

For many years, we'd dreamed of running our own campsite. Finally, we decided to take the plunge. In the summer of 2025, we visited numerous campsites for sale. Unfortunately, there weren't any suitable ones for us.

When we saw Sandnäsets Bad & Camping on Hemnet, we immediately booked tickets and went to check it out. From the moment we set foot on the property, we were captivated and felt like we were coming home. That same weekend, we decided to take the big step: we're emigrating to Sweden!

Rawie worked in primary education and also taught gym to all the children. He has extensive knowledge of sports and games. He's perfectly capable of organizing a sporting event. So don't be surprised if a sports tournament is organized.

Lonneke worked in social services and will primarily be responsible for the reception.

You'll probably see our son Tim running around the campsite regularly, having a good time.

Although neither of us has any experience running a campsite, we'll do our utmost to ensure everyone who visits us has a wonderful time.
